It was as far back as 1961 when, situated at the start of the old Nacional I road, we started providing a service to travellers.

Based on fresh seasonal produce, our cuisine offers you a varied menu on which red meats, roasts and, above all the outstanding lechazo (suckling lamb) from Burgos have pride of place which, together with revueltos de morcilla (black pudding sautéed with egg), fish from the Bay of Biscay and our homemade desserts, will make your visit to our establishment a memorable experience.

A carefully chosen wine list completes our restaurant's gastronomic experience.

Over time, a series of Daily Set Menus, Special Weekend Menus and different options for all kinds of celebrations have been introduced, at very affordable prices, with the same quality and service.

We offer you our extensive experience in organising events, presentations, meetings or banquets which can be held in our rooms fitted out for this purpose.
